Our clients an established leading estate agency across the UK are seeking a Regional Property Management Manager covering branches within the counties of Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, and Suffolk.
This is a superb opportunity to join an expanding and reputable business. The successful candidate will have extensive property management and lettings experience and will have previously worked in a senior role managing a department. You will lead by example and take responsibility/oversee the Property Management departments which consists of Property Management, Pre-tenancy, and Renewals.
As a Regional Property Management Manager your role will involve:
* Manage work schedules and deadlines
* Work with the Regional Lettings Director and branch divisions to ensure customer retention
* Conduct 121’s and managers meetings to ensure targets are achieved
* Ensure budgets are adhered to
* Motivate and Lead staff to deliver high standards
* Develop talents pools and successions plans for each location
* Compliance – Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to
* Monitor costings in all areas of operations
* Roll out KPI’S monthly
* Ensure profitability of branches along with adhering targets
* Regularly monitor reviews, providing recognition and encourage improvement to teams
Regional Property Management Manager requirements:
* Minimum 5 year’s Property Management experience.
* 2 Years head of Property Management experience.
* Multiple locations (if possible).
* Strong work ethic.
* Proven track record of success within the sector.
* Knowledgeable understanding of the Lettings Industry legislation (essential).
* Proven track record of delivering and exceeding targets.
* Results driven with a strong track record.
* Hard-working with the desire and determination to exceed targets.
* Focused to lead and motivate a team.
* Able to bring new customers into the business.
Working hours:
As a Regional Property Management Manager, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
Our client is offering the successful Regional Property Management Manager
* £45,000 – £55,000 Basic Salary + Commission
