Property Clearance Operatives
 
Salary:
£9.98 per hour + attractive overtime rates.
 
Shifts:   
8 hours per day.  Exclusive of 1 unpaid lunch hour. Plus call-out on a rotary basis for your local depot & when necessary other depots within the region.
 
Contract Type:
Permanent.
 
Property Clearance Operatives
Property Clearance Operatives are needed for long term, permanent positions in the ??? area working with one of the UK's largest Property Security, Maintenance and Management companies. The company have featured on television programmes such as Grimefighters, extreme hoarders etc. this will give you an odea of some of the work we deal with.
The main objectives are:

To clean and clear properties to allow contractors / tradespeople to restore them
To clean and clear properties to allow new tenants to move in Duties will include: 

Clearing properties of any items left by the previous tenant
Cleaning properties to an agreed standard
Remove any unsuitable outbuildings / sheds from garden areas
Tidy hedges and grassed garden areas, and removing debris
Deliver and retrieve security keys 
Any other tasks as directed by the site manager  Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm with overtime available for weekdays and weekends.
Full training given
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided
Candidates must have a FULL driving licence 
Overtime available at very good pay rates
Immediate starts available, these roles will become permanent after 13 weeks probation, or sooner depending on suitability.

About you:
The ideal person will have the ability and drive to take on heavy cleaning tasks. Additionally, you should be able to deal with unpleasant waste disposal tasks as well as lifting heavy objects. All other requirements include:

Basic literacy and numeracy
Experience in using workforce management systems/PDAs or equivalent to update jobs
Good working geographical knowledge of the local area.
Full driving licence
Experience of use of hand tools
Ability to work at heights.
Able to understand contract terms and conditions.
