Project Manager – Installation Manager
Manpower are looking for an Project Manager – Installation Manager to work for our national client. The role will be based / covering South Midlands. This role is well suited to someone who either has experience as a Project Manager or within a similar role. .
The post holder will be responsible for; co-ordination of survey, delivery, installation, and service delivery to supply and install projects as well as supporting supply only contracts when required. Appraisal, recruitment, induction, performance, retention and compliance management of your own team of subcontract Installer resource to deliver on the agreed SLAs with a varied range of customers within the new build construction sector.
After training you will be accountable for 15-25 sites with our New Build Private Development clients, making sure the projects are running smoothly, to time and at the correct standard.
What We Need From You…
Possess great organisational and communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
CSCS Card – either black or gold is preferred
Service and support oriented attitude with the ability to problem solve
Ability to own relationships with third party suppliers, conducting Service Reviews and building relationships with suppliers
Target and goal oriented
To want to be developed whether that be; CSCS, SSSTS and NVQ Qualifications.
Possess a full UK driving licence
