I am looking for outgoing, confident, experienced Sales Negotiators to join a team of 3 negotiators on a brand new development in Milton Keynes

If you have experience within property whether that be within New Homes or for a large estate agency I am keen to speak to you

The base of the job is on a brand new development so you will be joining at a crucial time, all day to day duties are listed below:

* Conducting viewings both face to face & virtually
* Sales Progression
* Calling through internal database
* Liaising with overseas investors
* Dealing with agents
* Liaising with solicitors, mortgage lendors
* Keeping the customer up to date with the progress of the sales
