About the role:
Our client is currently seeking a New Home Coordinator to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective customer service and administrative support for key areas such as new home sales, customer support, market rent management, asset disposals and general team support.
Your main responsibilities will include:
*
Supporting the prompt sale and letting of homes including answering day to day calls from potential buyers or those looking to rent homes
*
Supporting colleagues to sell homes which may include attendance at occasional viewings, open days and other promotional activities
*
Maintaining the deeds register and shared ownership lease library, ensuring that lease agreements are held on electronic systems
*
Processing all stages of right to buy (RTB), Right to Acquire (RTA), Voluntary Right to Buy and other LCHO schemes up to completion
*
Obtaining valuations, liaising with solicitors and mortgage lenders and keeping purchases up to date at all stages of the process
*
Administrating leasehold procedures and shared ownership arrangements
*
Replying to leasehold enquiries

Experience of working within a customer facing environment
*
Experience of carrying out administrative tasks within a busy office environment
*
Experience of answering telephone calls and dealing with correspondence
*
A strong team player
*
Good IT and numeracy skills
*
The ability to follow procedures, work to deadlines, organise, prioritise and maintain clear and concise records
