You will not necessarily have mortgage experience, however you might have excellent Customer Service within a financial service background.
Mortgage Administrator:
Managing individual cases from mortgage application through to completion
Problem solving when required to move purchases and re-mortgages along
Working as a part of a vibrant team to support our Top Performing Mortgage Consultants pipelines.
Administrative duties as required including appointment booking for mortgage advisers, scanning, answering the phone etc.
Maintaining a positive relationship with customers Mortgage Administration Key Skills:
Previous mortgage administration experience is needed for this role.
Excellent administrative Skills
Good communication skills both written and verbal
IT Literate
