Benefits package

1.£36,891.12 basic salary + bonus (up to £10k per annum) – this is an efficiency related bonus scheme and monitors the completion of jobs, recalls, and return visits etc.

2.25 days holiday a year + bank holidays

3.15 Saturdays a year must be worked by the engineers as part of the basic salary and any addition will be paid at £180 for the day.

4.1 bank holiday a year must also be worked as part of the salary.

5.Overtime when available is paid at time and a half.

6.No call out

7.Van is supplied with private use.

8.Uniform, tools, and equipment – the engineer is only expected to supply his own hand tools.

9.Any reasonable out of pocket expenses they can reimburse you such as I.e., parking.

10.Pension scheme (3% contribution from employee and 6% from employer)

Hours

1.Winter = 45 a week

2.Spring/Autumn = 41.75 hours a week

3.Summer = 38.5 hours a week

4.Interviews will take place in Dartford and they will interview ASAP.
