Maintenance Person – Bletchley – 23 -25k – Private Pension

We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join an existing team in place. As a team you will be responsible for the up keep and maintenance of a large business park. Maintenance Person must have a background in Maintenance, DIY and have some of their own hand tools.

Maintenance Person duties will include painting, gardening, moving relocation of offices, laying square carpet tiles, simple electrical tasks, janitorial duties and other related tasks.

There will be the opportunity for progression as a Maintenance Person, they will be looking for supervisors within the next 18 months also and preferably promoting within.

Maintenance Person salary will be 23 -25k per annum, with a private pension scheme. If applicants do have a qualification in a certain trade then there might be an increase on the basic if deemed suitable.

Mon – Fri 8am 4.30/5pm
