Want to work for one of the most established names and offices in the Amersham area as a Lettings Manager?
Perhaps you have been working for a small independent agent and feel its time to take on a bigger role in a more established agency?
This company has over 10 branches so there is opportunity to progress and they also know what they are doing so you will be part of a company that has established systems, processes and staff management etc. One of the most well-established estate agents in the area is looking for a Lettings Manager to join their branch in Amersham. Could this be you?
It could if…
You’ve got around 5 years’ lettings managerial experience
You want to deploy your excellent valuing skills to build up the already impressive portfolio
You want to feel part of a family, and not just another cog in the wheel
You want to work with lovely clientele
You want to work in an affluent area with great properties
You are ideally ARLA qualified
But what about them? Well, they’re one of the first to be called when a Landlord wants to let their property, or a tenant to move from theirs. They’ve built such a stronghold in the area they are continuously jousting between the number 1 and 2 spots in the market. They support you in anyway they can, and have long-time serving team members…no job hoppers here. When a person gets kicked in the head by a horse and does decide to leave, there’s three days of mourning. Like 4% whole milk, they are in the top 4% of estate agents in the UK.
