Milton Keynes (Kents Hill) – Hybrid Working / Home Working
£33,000 per annum
Full Time – 36.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

About the role:
We’re looking for a Governance & Risk Officer to support our Director of Governance and Risk in the delivery of the governance and risk functions, gaining a thorough understanding of these areas of the business and to assist in being the PA to the Chief Executive at busy times in the management of the Board and Committees.
You’ll co-ordinate policy review and internal audit programmes and provide a high quality, proactive and effective corporate governance service within Grand Union.
What we’re looking for:

Sound knowledge of governance and regulation, particularly within the housing sector.
*
Experience in a risk, compliance or audit role
*
Good understanding of risk and experience of working with risk registers
*
Experience of writing reports and presenting information
*
Experience of providing evidence to support statements of compliance or for inspection purposes
*
Conscientious and well organised with high levels of attention to detail
