Are you a Fire Surveyor looking to join a Fire Specialist Company?
Our client is looking for a Fire Surveyor to work on a range of projects covering Milton Keynes and the wider region. In return you will receive a company car or car allowance dependent on your preference.

As the Fire Surveyor, you will be:
• Survey existing buildings to determine their condition, identify and analyse defects, including proposals for repair in order to meet relevant safety standards.
• Accurately assess and record defects and provide clear remedial notes for sales team.
• Carry out health check inspections, asset labelling, and write up reports for these as required.
• Survey installations if required.
• Work closely with the Healthcheck Manager, Operations Support Team and communicate effectively with the office.
• Provide technical support with regards to properties.
• Utilise knowledge of the buildings to assist the Project Manager

Key skills for the position:
• Experience working previously as a Fire Surveyor or Fire Safety Officer.
• Knowledge of current Fire safety regulations and Technical knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Full UK Driving License.

In return you will receive:
•£30,000-£35,000
