We have an exciting opportunity to work for the fastest growing multichannel toy retailers in the UK. Our client has over 170 UK stores stretched across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the islands and they are still growing!
They are looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Co-ordinator who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Facilities and Maintenance across their portfolio of retail stores and office locations, ensuring all tasks are dealt with in a professional, timely and friendly manner.
You will be the pivotal point of contact, managing numerous projects and requests raised by retail stores and head office employees. You will have to liaise with suppliers and contractors; seeking approval, instructing orders, reviewing schedules and ensuring costs and service levels are maintained in line with budgets and SLAs, respectively. You will also assist the Facilities and Maintenance Manager to further develop and enhance the FM Function, providing innovative solutions and ideas in order to continually raise the standard of Facilities and Maintenance across the estate.
You will be a proactive self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and get things done quickly and effectively. You will also need to be an effective communicator with experience of developing good working relationships internally and externally.
Our client is easily commutable from High Wycombe, Amersham, Beaconsfield and accessible from the M40.
Salary £26-£30K and Hours: Monday – Friday 8.00 – 5.00pm / 8.30am – 5.30pm
