About the role:
Our client is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join them. The main purpose is to provide an efficient and effective administration and support service within their procurement, facilities and insurance department.
Your main responsibilities will include:
*
Receiving visitors to head office, ensuring hosts are aware and that the visitor log is kept up to date
*
Receiving post daily, opening, sorting, scanning and sending by email to relevant teams
*
Liaising with contractors and staff RE keys being sent out and received back from contractors, keeping and maintaining electronic records of all such issues and receipts
*
Managing the reception email inbox
*
Checking room booking to ensure compliance with booking requirements
*
Ensuring that reception is kept tidy
*
Receiving deliveries, ensuring recipients are made aware
*
Ensuring consumables are ordered

Experience of working in a general admin function
*
Experience of working within a customer facing environment
*
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with others
*
Ability to organise own work, meet deadlines and prioritise
*
Basic IT Skills – MS Office
*
Personable, flexible and able to use own initiative and work unsupervised
