Customer Service / Property Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service / Property Administrator to work for a Property Management Company based near High Wycombe.
Our client is a specialist block management company operating throughout the home counties, and their role is to manage the communal areas of residential developments on behalf of freeholder and leaseholders.
They are looking for an experienced customer service professional who is a self-starter and used to working under pressure. You will be the first point of contact to their customers who are generally calling with problems to do with their properties. They require someone who is professional, calm and can use their common sense to trouble shoot problems and where required book in the contractors to visit the customer.
You will provide general admin support to their property management team and respond to the customers queries either by phone or email. It will be your responsibility to co-ordinate maintenance contracts and provide general office support.
Property management administration
Responding to customer queries via email and phone regarding maintenance issues
Building relationships with contractors
Property Inspections
Ensuring relevant property documents such as gas, electric certificates are up to date
Maintaining filing and internal systems
The successful candidate will have experience within a customer service environment and worked as an administrator, preferably within block management, facilities management, or property management.
