I am currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 year's experience within property conveyancing. You will be responsible for a small team of Assistant Conveyancers, Conveyancer Assistant and Conveyancing Administrators and be will responsible for advising clients on all aspects of the buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances and contracts.

Role
Undertake and supervise fee earning work
Provide leadership and development to direct reports
Manage and oversee the entirety of the case life cycle
Effective financial control and adherence to accounts team procedures
Manage high volume of cases within Freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership Etc.Objectives
To drive consistent standards with cases from start to finish
Ensure service delivery is monitored effectively
Manage and accurately manage updates with relevant stakeholdersTo be considered for this role you must have the following
Customer focused and able to cope with peak demands
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience- Residential Conveyancing
Experience with managing direct reports
Be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the conveyancing process
