Commercial Projects Director (Facilities Management)
Location: Field based, however applicants should ideally live below Birmingham.
Salary: Circa £70,000 + Car/Car Allowance

As a Commercial Project Director you will manage key client relationships, oversee the delivery of client special projects and ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction. You will have strong P&L experience, a high-level of commercial acumen and a track record of making strategic decisions. You will have the ability to bring an innovative and data driven approach to commercial contract management.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* A high-level of commercial acumen with experience making strategic client focused decisions. Your experience will ideally be within the Facilities Management sector.
* Applicants should have strong people management skills and the ability to provide a dynamic and customer focused security service
* Strong P&L experience
* A track record of implementing strategic client focused solutions. Prior experience with special projects will be required.
* An innovative and data driven approach to commercial contract management with a track record of adding value to clients.
The role:
* You will play a key role in influencing the growth and strategic direction of a customer portfolio
* Deliver client special projects across your portfolio
* Regular client and customer engagement
* You have responsibility for P&L across a defined region
* You will lead and develop a team of Operations Managers
* You will provide an innovative and data driven service to key clients and stakeholders
* Manage and exceed key customer SLA’s and KPI’s
* Provide key reports to senior internal stakeholders relating to contract performance etc.
* Work with internal businesses – technology, systems etc.
