About you
To succeed in this role you’ve got to be naturally inquisitive, a people’s person, utilize data and analytics, have attention to detail, and it would be beneficial to know a little bit about property and the marketing matrix.
It also helps if you’ve got excellent verbal and written skills, and are comfortable communicating with all levels of seniority. You’ve got to be a do-er, and someone who can think outside the box to provide the best service. This isn’t a salesy role, it’s more consultative and building relationships, but you will have opportunities to upsell.

The role in a nutshell
Managing the day-to-day running of a portfolio of client accounts, liaising with the Client Account Director and between the client and our operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of all client requirements.
Acting as the key contact for the client and internal production teams working on the account
Ensuring smooth delivery of all ongoing marketing programmes
Developing new opportunities within your client portfolio to ensure growth of the accounts
Attending and contributing to regular client meetings to maintain and grow the relationships
Generating contact reports from all meetings and the monitoring of outcome actions
Liaising closely with the New Business Development team to ensure smooth handover & onboarding of new clients
Managing the administration of the client portfolio including invoicing & forecasts
Keeping up-to-date with industry news & any likely impact on clients, to take actions if necessary
