Job Title:       Bedroom/Technical Surveyor

Salary:           OTE – £45,000 per annum.

Due to continued growth, we currently have opportunities for a Bedroom Surveyor/Technical Surveyor, covering all Milton Keynes postcodes and surrounding areas.

Working on a self-employed basis, and part of our nationwide team as a Bedroom Surveyor/Technical Surveyor, you will work within a pre-defined area (usually a 40-mile radius of your home) and will benefit from a continuous flow of work, as much as you want.

The Role of Bedroom Surveyor/Technical Surveyor involves attending appointments in the homes of our customers to conduct professional surveys.  You will carefully check and measure potential plans, produced by our in-home designers and confirm colour choices, final layout and designs with the customer to ensure they fully understand every aspect of the design and product purchased.

For this key customer-facing role you will need to be well presented, confident, articulate, reliable and courteous, with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and technically.  You will also be comfortable with technology (CAD experience would be a definite advantage).

The role is likely to suit an experienced trades person with a background in kitchens, bathrooms or bedroom installations with a trade person’s eye for detail, however, full product training will be given.

You will be rewarded with excellent earnings potential with an expected OTE of £45,000 per annum, paid promptly each week, 2 weeks in arrears.

The Bedroom Surveyor/Technical Surveyor role comes with a great deal of flexibility allowing you to manage your own diary and time.  Appointments are generally Monday to Friday between 9am – 6pm with the occasional evening and weekend appointment.
