1st Select have been instructed by a Multi-Disciplinary consultancy to recruit an Associate Director in to their Retail, Leisure and Industrial team.

This role is suitable for someone who has a good understanding of Leases ideally from an occupier’s perspective however this is not essential.

My client acknowledges that this is not your run of the mill surveyor’s role however can give direction to candidate that joins to get them up to speed in areas that they are lacking in.

It would suit some one with a good understanding of commercial property who is either working client side, In a consultancy in Management, Lease advisory, or Agency.
