We are currently looking for two experienced ASB Case Managers to join our growing ASB service. Working patches within the Chiltern and North Bucks/North and Central Beds areas, via a mixture of office, remote and home-working (as COVID restrictions allow) you will be managing a varied ASB caseload, including the most serious and complex cases. You will therefore have experience in managing ASB within a Housing environment.
You will be taking a proactive, customer-centred approach to managing ASB, investigating allegations in accordance with policy and using all available tools to bring cases to a swift and successful conclusion. You will be able to work with customers, colleagues and partner agencies to development problem solving responses to ASB. Experienced in preparing legal notices, formal witness statements and proportionality assessments, you will be able to confidently and competently represent Paradigm in court, getting successful outcomes for our communities.
