Who we are looking for:
We're looking for a solution salesperson with proven experience delivering local and regional solutions and services to key NHS Trusts.
To be successful, you will need to be confident working alongside senior management and board members within Acute, Mental Health, and Community NHS Trusts. You'll be comfortable presenting at industry events; attending exhibitions; networking and developing relationships with senior trust executives.
Your focus will revolve around developing and building new business in a region for ID Medical. You'll be part of a dedicated team working closely together across STP and ICS regions.
You will be supported by Lead Generation and our dedicated Marketing Team to enhance your own efforts and contacts. You'll play a key role in ID Medical's social presence within NHS Trusts and will contribute to the Company's social media platforms.
Key skills and responsibilities:
Achieve KPI targets in accordance with Company policy;
Plan and execute sales activities, including, but not limited to, Lead Generation and sales development;
Manage and develop multi-stakeholder relationships across multiple NHS trusts;
Attend NHS Sites (when possible) to develop key relationships and promote the ID Medical brand;
Prepare and successfully deliver presentations and demonstrations;
Attend shows and exhibitions to promote and sell the ID Medical brand;
Develop knowledge in line with the current market and key strategic competitors;
Establish relationships and presence with other internal departments, such as Marketing, Finance, Sales, etc., to address business issues and opportunities;
Undertake training and development as required to fulfill the role and its requirements; and
Ensure that Health and Safety is observed at all times.
Requirements:
Relevant and proven experience selling Technology Solutions, preferably to the NHS;
Ideally possess an established list of NHS Contacts at C Suite;
Proven excellent negotiation skills with executive administration levels (HRD, COO, MD, etc.);
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Excellent time management and organisation skills;
Proven ability to achieve sales plans and targets;
Excellent relationship management strategy development, problem solving, and change management skills;
Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time;
Advance skills in the Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other related software; and
CRM knowledge.
