This is exciting job is perfect for someone who is looking to build their career in Training and / or Learning & Development.
You will be supporting the Training Manager, by coordinating all training requirements for employees and customers, also helping to deliver training sessions.
Being highly organised is key, as you will be scheduling training courses held across the UK, with all associated equipment, refreshments, etc.
Managing the attendee list, resolving any non-attendance, also helping source and build training workshops for specific requests across the business.
For this role you will be working from home but should be available to travel anywhere in the UK to support the delivery of training workshops.

This job is working in the Water industry so a lot of the training is highly technical – therefore a background in a similar sector would be useful (Energy, Waste, Engineering, Science, Medical, etc.)
You should be confident to help deliver training sessions as your knowledge of the company and its products / processes grows.
It's important you are looking to build a career in Training – perhaps you have a relevant qualification or previous work experience in this area, administrating / coordinating training.
