You will be working from our busy Milton Keynes office, which is renowned for having some of the top billers in the East of England region and across the UK. You will be responsible for building relationships with both new client and candidates, to build your network to ensure your desk runs smoothly and effectively. In addition to this you will be responsible for all administrative duties which run alongside recruitment, such as advert writing and CV screening. This is a target driven role, so you will have regular meetings with your manager who will set you both KPIs and fee targets.
