HR Administrator
4 Week temporary Contract
£12.30 per hour (£24,000 per annum)
Olney, Bucks
Working as part of the HR Team, you will provide all aspects of administrative support. This role is expected to last four weeks and possibly longer.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Undertake HR administration, including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, contracts, sickness and absence monitoring
Co-ordinate performance appraisals, annual leave and staff vetting procedures
Ensure that adequate support is available for the HR Team
Maintain the relevant manual and electronic filing systems ensuring that records are kept accurately and up to date
Skills and Abilities required for this role:
Proven experience in a similar role and/or newly qualified HR professional is desirable
Excellent general administration skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Work with accuracy and confidentiality
Tact, discretion and good judgment
Ability to prioritise and balance a changing workload
