We’re currently recruiting for a driven, passionate, and motivated Tech Recruiter Apprentice to drive our next phase of growth and expansion! Addition Solutions is an established IT Recruitment Consultancy that offers specialist services across IT, Digital & Sales Recruitment.

We are looking for someone who is organised, fun and hardworking! As a Recruiter, you will be matching appropriate candidates to jobs that match their strengths, technical ability, and characteristics. We don’t expect you to have any prior experience in recruitment or IT as you will be taught all you need to know; however, you must be driven, willing to go above and beyond, and work hard to set yourself up for the future!

Main Responsibilities:

* Liaising with candidates over the telephone and exhibit strong candidate management skills, guiding through initial engagement, interview preparation, salary negotiations and on-boarding

* Developing strong networking skills

* Managing your databases

* Lead generation

* Supporting senior recruitment consultants

* Work to improve recruitment efficiency

Apprenticeship Training

* Work towards a Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship
