Role: Talent Development Director

We are on the lookout for a motivated, passionate and ambitious talent development director to join a busy and rapidly growing strategy-led design studio based in Buckinghamshire.

They are nothing without their people and the business needs to apply a more structured process to nurturing talent.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage appraisals and 1-2-1’s
● Responsible for talent acceleration, talent management and talent engagement
● Build and develop robust people development plans
● Understand and develop wage structuring and tiers
● Manage wages, promotions and progression
● Responsible for coaching and training resources
● Monitor the performance of employees
● Monitor the wellbeing of employees
● Monitor the progression of employees
● Manage candidates after onboarding
● Design reward mechanisms and other employee engagement programmes
● Oversee the health of our culture, protecting the positive contributions and identifying issues that hold the
company back

The ideal candidate

● Experience in a related role (ideally in creative industry)
● Experience in designing and implementing development programmes from the ground up
● A people person with a passion for maximising talents potential
● Highly organised
● Commercial awareness
● Approachable and empathetic
● Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
● You are a kind human
