Our client is looking to recruit a Talent Business Partner to manage the internal team and assess the operations and strategic management to improve end-to-end resourcing processes, ensuring internal and external best practice. Attract, recruit and retain the best talent into the business and manage key resourcing projects.
JOB PROFILE:
To lead the team of resourcers defining the resourcing strategy developing the company’s external brand proposition and ensuring we are an employer of choice
Responsibilities
Raise the organisational resourcing capability through coaching and best practice knowledge sharing
Strategic management of end-to-end resourcing delivery across the company
Provide insight to the market when recruiting
Manage senior level recruitment process with key stakeholders to ensure the right balance between direct hiring and agency/search
Senior stakeholder engagement and leadership to ensure resourcing process compliance and recruitment support where requested/necessary
Manage internal resourcing and drive internal moves within function and cross-functional
Define, establish and embed sourcing strategy to deliver optimum ROI and KPI results
Supplier engagement and PSL management to maximise ROI and enhance third party relationships
Monitor and influence the resourcing budget
Ownership of advertising strategy for functional area and maximise ROI through measurement analytics and regular review
Ensure the most appropriate assessment tools are utilised for recruiting the best talent in the market – regularly review (quality of hire measurement) and amend to ensure best in class
Analysing exit interviews, identifying trends and implementing changes where appropriate
Team Management/People Development:
Line Management of Resourcing team, which will include objective setting and review against achievement, work allocation across all functional areas.
Programme management and direction setting for all key resourcing projects managed by the Resourcing team.
Career development and coaching for the Resourcing team including assessment against core functional skills, training needs analysis and clear career paths mapped.
Projects:
Manage the implementation of key functional resourcing initiatives and projects within scope of the agreed resourcing strategy
Review recruitment process from end to end – implement a use friendly experience
Ensuring full compliance to all recruitment best practice and legislation
Developing the brand through LinkedIn, external events, Universities
Develop a pool of suitable candidates from which the company future recruitment needs can be directly met
Manage social media to positively raise the profile of the company as an employer and increase the size of the pool
Where appropriate (critical roles) ensure the business has potential candidates in the pipeline
Performance Measures:
Group Resourcing efficiency and effectiveness as determined through objectives
The team will be recruiting approximately 300 roles in a 12 month period as well as creating a talent pool
