Reporting to the Talent & Leadership Development Manager, working as part of a Talent & Culture team. Offering hybrid working, this role is to support a global company, who’s HQ are based in Milton Keynes. You will support the company’s goal with recruiting for the best people for the best brand. Utilising the clients portfolio of online and offline attraction channels, assist with the proactive recruitment of open vacancies and deliver an ongoing talent pipeline whilst ensuring a smooth experience for all candidates.
Experience of recruitment is essential, or a background as a recruiter/resourcer, ideally previous technical recruitment of Project Managers, Implementation Specialist and Change Managers. Salaries ranging between £35,000 – £75,000 per annum. Work closely with the Hiring Managers and HRBP’s, dealing with permanent hires. Able to manage and demonstrate a high volume of roles, with experience to include attraction, assessment and candidate sourcing.
