Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking to add an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to our team, to work on one of our most prestigious RPO clients.
Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for:
Support recruitment processes including needs analysis, requisition creation and job postings, pre-employment processes and reporting on a timely basis
Manager senior stakeholders across all business lines
Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief to offer
Attracting and sourcing talented individuals who can contribute meaningfully to support the growth of the business.
Developing diverse candidate pipelines through use of LinkedIn, social media, CV databases, industry contacts, events and other resources.
Screening, assessing and qualifying candidates against role competencies and requirements.
Managing interviews and communicating feedback effectively with the business and candidates.
Building and promoting Jungheinrichs employer brand and staying up-to-date with the materials handling industry to ensure we remain competitive.
Owning, designing and proactively delivering analytics and insights into the sourcing process, the candidate market and competition to provide ongoing optimisation.
Continuously improving recruitment methods ensuring the message we send to our candidates is consistent.
Maintaining and tracking sourced talent within our Applicant Tracking System.This role is primarily based in Provide’s Milton Keynes headquarters.
Person Specification
Skills:
Experience in full life-cycle recruitment and staffing with a demonstrated ability to identify and deliver qualified candidates
Demonstrated experience and expertise in the areas of talent identification and attraction, strategic sourcing, assessment and selection
Experience working with niche roles and small talent pools is advantageous
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
Attention to detail and be highly organised as well as be a natural relationship builder
Strong project management and facilitation skills; experience managing multiple projects, engaging stakeholders, driving accountability and meeting deliverables in a timely manner
Consultative and collaborative style with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.across the organisation. Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and influence all levels of staff and management.
Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver solid and consistent results for the business and bring assignments to successful completion.
Strong written/verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and external to the organisation with proven ability to communicate to customers/clients in a clear, focused and concise manner
Must possess the ability to manage processes and assignments independently along with the ability to network, influence and collaborate
Strong business acumen as well as a demonstrated ability to establish priorities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentTravel/Mobility:
