Then this is the perfect role for you! You'll be recruiting the very best talent for my client, a flourishing professional services firm right in the heart of MK.

This job would suit someone who has been resourcing for a variety of different roles – you might have been working for an agency, or in house, or part of an RPO.

You will be sourcing CVs and screening applications, speaking with candidates and arranging interviews, striving to hit the target number of hires each month.

Location: Milton Keynes – commutable from Bedford, Northampton, Luton, Buckingham, Aylesbury, Dunstable, Banbury, etc.

Salary: circa £25,000 + 5% Bonus

Benefits: Pension, 25 Days' Holiday (+ Bank Hols)

Hours: Flexible start and finish times available, also the option to work from home 2 days per week

Part of a talented and friendly Recruitment and HR team, you'll have plenty of support around you to help learn the role and ensure you are successful.

Experience in a similar recruitment position is essential, but we are totally open to industry and types of roles you have been recruiting for.

As long as you are confident dealing with candidates, and can rise to the challenge of finding the quality and quantity of people needed for these vacancies.

This role would suit someone who has either been working for a recruitment agency or internal recruitment, from junior to senior positions.
