Support Consultant – Industrial/Engineering

We are looking for a motivated Support Consultant to primarily focus on Industrial opportunites, but could have the chance in the future to gain more experience within our Engineering Division.

Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for the recruitment support – from writing creative advertisements, searching for skilled workers. Interviewing and selecting candidates, keeping in touch with all of our amazing temporary workers. Ensuring CRM system up to date. Maintaining our reputation for an excellent candidate journey from start to finish.

Experience/skills required:

* A recruitment background is not essential if you can demonstrate your ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast paced multi-functional position.

* Must be able to prioritise and multi-task

* You should be a team player who can adapt to working in a small and very busy team.
