THE COMPANY
My client are an independently owned recruiter that operate within the driving, Industrial, Construction and Technical, sector's to name a few, they have been established since 1992 and are one of the Top 50 recruitment agencies to work for and have an excellent standing in the market place. My client have launched a new branch in Milton Keynes and are seeking an experienced recruiter to join them who has either Industrial, Construction, or Technical Engineering sector experience and who is a full 360 recruiter who enjoys the thrill of chasing and winning new accounts as well as building long term business relationships with clients.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to launcing a new branch they now have opportunities within their Milton Keynes branch for an experienced Senior Recruitment consultant who has a experience within the Industrial, Technical, Construction or Engineering sectors… temps or perms the successful candidate will be working very closely with the Branch Manager to build the branch to its full potential.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 years plus recruitment experience within the Industrial, Techinical, Construction or Engineering sector recruiting temps or perms and be a full 360 recruiter who has strong business development skills to chase and win new accounts as well as excellent account management skills to look after existing accounts/business.
THE PACKAGE
My client offers a basic salary of up to 30K basic with an executive company car and a great commission structure. my client encourages a team working/friendly environment, a good work/life balance, and promtes from within the company.
