THE OPPORTUNITY IT PERMS CONSULTANT
Are you an experienced IT recruiter who is feeling underpaid, undervalued and overlooked in your current role? Do you have a proven track record in billing with exceptional relationship management skills with both clients and candidates .
My client is a large independent family run recruiter thay have more than 30 branches around the UK specialising in various sector's and are now seeking a strong 360 perms Recruitment Consultant who has IT sector experience to develop and grow an IT desk/division and grow a team around them.
THE CANDIDATE
– A proven track record in the IT recruitment industry is a must and we would like to speak to consultants who have experience within the perms IT market.
– An ability to work autonomously – my client needs driven and self-motivated consultants to join the team.
– Resilience and excellent objection handling skills
– Exceptional relationship building and management skills. My client needs consultants who can show they can win new business as well as look after the excellent existing relationships they have with their clients.
– A ‘team work’ ethic and the ability to work in a collaborate, fun environment.is key to my client as well as operating with honesty and integrity
– ‘Mindset is everything’ – my client seeks people who want to be the best in their market. Driven, self-starters and outside of the box thinkers. No obstacle is too big for the right candidate
– Experience within the IT recruitment industry is a must. You must have a proven track record of billings and success within the recruitment industry
