Our client has a dynamic brand within the fast-paced Recruitment sector within the Industrial, Warehouse and Driving sector's. They are a large independent family run recruiter who have more than 35 branches and they promote a fun working environment. They handle Permanent and Temporary vacancies on behalf of a wide-ranging and varied client base within the Milton Keynes region. Our client is wishing to appoint a focused business development Industrial or Driving Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to concentrate on placing candidates into permanent and temporary roles across the Production, Warehousing Distribution and Driving sector and to join their busy Milton Keynes branch.
Responsibilities will include developing the database, selling the services of our client to companies within the Milton Keynes area both local and national businesses, and achieving both activity and financial targets set.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism. You will be a people person who gets great results from building long term relationships with candidates and client contacts and thrive on winning and chasing new business as well as account managing existing clients.
Planning, self-management, tenacity and ambition are desirable qualities if applying for this role. There is an open-ended career path where you can set your own targets. Previous experience within a recruitment agency environment is essential and Industrial or Driving sector experience is a must and you will need to have a full UK driving licence and car for this role.
My client welcomes applications from experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultants and will pay up to 28K basic with bonus but will also consider Recruitment Consultants with only 12 mths experience that want to develop their recruitment career.
