Due to the growth, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Managing Consultant/Recruitment Consultant to work for our established and exciting Sales Recruitment Business. £25K-£40K OTE £70k-90K Year 1. The offices are based in Burnham Bucks, close to the M40, M4 & on a buzzing, busy high street.

The Mandeville Recruitment Group first started trading over 20 years ago from offices in Taplow, Berkshire. Since then, we have expanded steadily, opened offices in London and Manchester, diversified into several key sectors, acquired several businesses, and then been acquired by the second largest HR Services company in the world (Randstad Employment Bureau).

That was our History, we have been back under Mandeville again the last 8 years!

We are looking to Recruit in our B2B Sales Division. We specialise in many different verticals from IT, Technology, Logistics, Media, Advertising, and many other sectors in Sales. We work with some of the biggest brands and pride ourselves with our Values with our Clients and Candidates alike.

What are we after?

*B2B Sales or Recruitment experience
*Someone who is great at finding candidates using LinkedIn, job boards & other sources.
*A positive, driven, and enthusiastic individual
*This role will step into servicing our clients who are demanding help & also are sourcing for new business further down the line.
*We are a Perm Recruitment business so having that experience will help.
*We are after someone who is happy to come into the office a few days a week and WFH the rest… you can come in everyday if you like… or have more WFH – WE ARE FLEXIBLE!
*Someone who can work in a small & successful Team!

Our business does focus on Retail Management in Fashion, working with some of the most luxurious brands, we work in Hospitality and work with the coolest foodie and leisure brands, so cross over to other sectors is an option but for now, B2B Sales Recruitment is the real focus!
