What we want?
We are currently looking for world-class Senior Consultants to join our team here at GTS International.
We are looking for authentic, responsible people who love their market, who thrive on building new relationships with clients, hopping on a plane (when not in Covid) to visit them and getting the deal done.
Industry specific experience would be very advantages. We offer an extensive and on-going training programmes. Areas of particular interest include the wider technology spectrum as well as niche areas including Electronics, Software/Hardware, IOT, Smart Energy, Tech Risk.

Who are you?
You may currently be a recruitment consultant or senior consultant and have no career progression where you are. Are you an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant looking for a move to a company who will value you and build on your expertise?

What you do?
At GTS you will be managing your own fast paced desk within one of our divisions
* Generate fees in line with agreed targets
* Developing a significant following through digital communications using appropriate social media
* Become the go to recruiter for our clients
* Be known as an expert in your chosen sector
* Develop business development strategy
* New business development – turn prospects into clients
* Negotiating contracts
* Manage and deliver excellent experiences for our clients
* Developing long term relationships and partnerships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences
* Providing a positive working environment with a winning attitude
