EDUCATION RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT- HOME WORKING ROLE AVAILABLE FOR EXPERIENCED EDUCATION RECRUITERS!
Up to £30,000 basic salary DOE plus commission which will be discussed on application, phone, and laptop and travel costs to head office meetings as needed.

Operating at the forefront of technology they are able to offer schools a unique agency experience and a number of value add services including rewards schemes and automatic booking systems. With almost 10 branches nationwide they have a strong offering in the North and Midlands of England and are now looking to open in new areas.
What the position involves: As a home-based consultant you will be developing business with schools in your geographic area and surroundings. You will have free reign across primary, secondary and SEN depending on your background and preferences and will also be responsible for developing your candidate database. As you will be developing a new area for this company, you have the ability to be completely home-based, other than when you need to attend management meetings. How you develop your area is up to you. If you have aspirations to develop your desk into a branch, and recruit staff under you that is a reality with this company and has already been a success within multiple locations. If you love the idea of staying long-term as a home worker managing your own desk and workload this can be an option too!
Who this role will suit: Due to the day-to-day home working nature of the position we do require at least 2 years of continual experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the education field supplying supply teachers. You will have a valid UK driver's license, and the ability to commute locally to schools you are developing business with. Although you will have full support from the senior management team home workers do require an element of independence, so the ability to be self-sufficient and manage your own workload and diary is key!
