They have over 30 plus established branches and are continuing to grow rapidily an exciting opportunity has become available to join their very successful Milton Keynes branch as a Contracts Manager to manage and develop one of my clients prestigeous large on site national contracts.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment background as a Contracts Manager looking after large national contracts within either the Industrial or Manufacturing sector's and be used to supplying and managing high volumes of temporary industrial staff to meet the clients business requirements.
As an experienced Contracts Manager you will have full responsibility for ensuring that the contract runs smoothly and you will be working with the on site Account Manager to ensure that the client receives a first class service. The successful candidate will get the full support and guidance of the senior management team.
The person they are seeking will be an experienced Contracts Manager within the recruitment industry and who has worked within the Industrial or Manufacturing sectors and who has managed and developed large national contracts to their full potential.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the On Site Account Manager and client to give an outstanding first class service. You will be working on site and be become the HR arm of the client

Experience Required
A successful career within the recruitment industry as an experienced Contracts Manager who is used to dealing with National Contracts
Confident and resilient personality
Great organisational and management skills and a flawless work ethic
Strong communication skills
Able to work under pressure and to client demands
A desire to succeed and to grow the contract as well as looking after new contracts that the branch wins
