We are seeking experienced, successful indivduals to fulfil our Senior Consultant roles on an established desk with extensive growth opportunities:

Primary contact for daily communications for clients requirements.
Attend Service Visits with Branch Managers
Working closely with existing clients to understand our current market share and work with Branch Managers and Operation Manager to increase and / or gain new business within the clients network.
Monitor and manage recruitment needs for key clients, and advance plan for their peak and troughs, ensuring maximum utlisation of driver pool at all times
Ensuring that payroll is completed in line with deadlines
Provide on the job training, support and mentoring to Consultants & Trainees.
We're looking for individuals to take full autonomy of the overall service delivery to our existings clients, creating a busy but vibrant environment.

Previous recruitment experience, transport knowledge is preferable.
