Resourcer Job Description
To ensure where applicable we have as far as possible the candidate market mapped on Quartz using Zenopa prior contact tools and information that can be attained from Social Media.
To maximise the “client selling time” of colleagues with these duties.
To undertake as much of the “non client communication” recruitment process as skills and time allows.
To actively enquire and listen to candidates to acquire business intelligence that may enhance business.
As a team member to do what can be done to encourage and support the drive to “exclusive” assignments.
