Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Reward Manager for a well established retail business.
Reporting to the Head of Reward this is a project focused role expected to be a 6-9 month fixed term contract.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide support on key projects as part of the annual reward calendar including annual benefits renewal, pay review and bonus, and lead on specific items
Responsible for delivering key compensation and benefits projects including pay structure implementation, review of company car policy, share plan renewals
Lead on specific elements of the Group reward transition project including platform integration, supplier negotiation and managing a range of internal stakeholders
Keep abreast of external market and share insight and expertise in key areas
Provide support to the Head of Reward on executive remuneration matters as and when required
What our client is looking for:
Proven record of project lead responsibility and delivering desired reward outcomes, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment
Strong experience of reward systems and processes
Experienced in analysing trends, creation of a business case and presenting the outputs to enable and support robust business decision making
Experience and deep understanding of salary review processes, job matching, and job evaluation principles is essential
Experience of managing third-party supplier relationships with the ability to summarise qualitative research from multiple sources.
Able to demonstrate strong project management, presentation, and organisational skills with a consultative approach
Great at building working relationships with external providers, business managers, peers and other HR stakeholders. Confident in communicating with people at all levels, including senior management
