Due to our continued success we are recruiting for a passionate and experienced administrator to join our Head Office People Team to provide professional HR administration support and rewards and benefits support. A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. Responsibilities
Provide day to day administrative support to the Reward & Benefits team.
Primary point of contact for reward and benefit related queries, providing advice and guidance where necessary.
Maintain all reward and benefits information on the employee benefits platform including opening windows and changes to benefits, HR/Payroll system and intranet, ensuring accuracy at all time.
Administer the DB and DC pension schemes, including auto enrolment process, changes in pension contributions and opts out, pension payments, contribution reconciliation and contribution increases, etc.
Provide efficient support throughout annual Reward processes, including bonus administration and benefit renewals.
Assist with the production, design and communication of employee benefits information.
Maintain good working relationships with third party suppliers and manage monthly reports and invoicing.
Produce HR reports (Headcount, Turnover, Starters & Leavers, etc.)
Support the Reward & Benefits Manager with the delivery of annual and ad-hoc Reward and Benefits projects and activities as necessary.
Profile
Experience of benefits or HR administration
Strong IT skills in the use of HR systems and Microsoft office packages, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Good reporting and data analysis skills
Efficient and organised working methods
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good numerical skills
A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Good time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
Team player with an enthusiastic approach, supporting other members of the team
Ability to take initiative and multitask
Good customer service skills, understanding customer needs and keeping customers informed
