Resourcing Business Partner – Milton Keynes / Remote Working – Fixed Term Contract – Salary Negotiable + Excellent Package

Very exciting opportunity to work within one of the biggest names in Fintech as an internal Resource Business Partner. This is an FTC (Fixed Term) opportunity covering maternity leave for up to 12 months. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process’s whilst supporting hiring managers in their selection, providing expert and professional advice on all recruitment activities within key areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Candidate attraction, including social media, headhunting and internal referrals.
Vacancy Advertisement
Building a talent pipeline for future business growth
Application management
Collaboration with hiring managers to establish candidate profiling requirements
Developing recruitment methods to source candidates directly to the business
Engaging and working with approved external vendors
Arranging and coordinating all interviews for assigned regions
Manage Talent Acquisition team, including performance
On-boarding
Maintaining and reporting on recruitment activity
Executive level reporting.
Organising recruitment events.
Keeping up to date with all legislative changes.
Skills & Experience

Proven experience and delivery in the recruitment industry
Experience within an internal recruitment role would be highly advantageous
Experience within a fast-growing business
Desirable experience of recruitment with the software development industry
Passionate about building a strong, talented workforce
Able to demonstrate working to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills
