Resourcing Business Partner

Milton Keynes (plus some home working and UK travel)

Paying up to £45k plus benefit

Our client, a multi-site Hospitality business with a Milton Keynes HQ is seeking an experienced Resourcing Business Partner to provide an end-to-end professional and efficient recruitment service to the Head Office function. You will be able to build and maintain high-level relationships within the business leaders and hiring managers in order to deliver a defined bespoke recruitment process for all department Directors and Line Managers whilst delivering best-practice solutions.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

Strong executive / senior Recruitment / Resourcing background in-house preferably but will consider recruitment agency experience
Experience of working directly with senior management teams, Head office and operational and driving effective performance in all areas of role
Leadership experience, managing a small team.
Experience of conducting effective assessment and interviewing techniques and / or has a background in occupational psychology/testing
Understands recruitment employment law and what the organisation needs to do to mitigate relevant risk within the Head Office function
Used to working in a past paced environment managing conflicting priorities
Understands how the elements of a reward package combine to attract, engage, and retain people
