The Role
My client are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer/Junior Recruitment Consultant to work in their very busy Milton keynes branch , as a resourcer/junior consultant you will join their structured training programme and progress to become a recruitment consultant within 6-12 months. The role will focus on liaising with clients to fill bookings and manage a temporary workforce within the industrial and logistics sectors , the majority of your time will be on the telephone speaking with candidates, as well as using social media to put jobs on, admin duties and matching candidates to fill urgent job roles to meet their clients requirements .You will also be required to support a team of very busy Recruitment Consultants as well as a Branch Manager
The Person
This role would suit someone with:
* Ideally a background in the recruitment industry as a Resourcer or Junior Recruitment Consultant or a sales B2B targeted environment
* An ability to think on your feet and be creative.

* Competent IT skills.
