As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be in continuous contact with our specialist candidates working with them to find the most suitable role for them.
You will build relationships with our candidates by providing them with an excellent customer service experience.

On a day-to-day basis you will:
-Speak with candidates find out their needs
-Write and advertise Jobs
-Manage the candidate application process
-Present candidates to live vacancies
-Participate in team training sessions
-Attend work related conferences

Experience Needed:
We are looking for either experienced resourcers or people from a fast-paced customer service background who are keen to succeed in recruitment.
You must be IT Literate, good on social media and have excellent communication skills.
