We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Resourcer to join our Industrial Recruitment team.

Monday to Friday 08:30 -17:30

£20,000 – £23,000 depending on experience

This is a fast pace role and would suit an individual who loves being on the phone explaining job vacancies and pre-screening candidates.

Key responsibilities

* Advertising vacancies on different job boards and platforms

* Sourcing suitable candidates

* Contacting applicants to discuss the vacancies

* Arranging interviews / inductions for the candidates

* Registering and checking candidate documents

* Processing payroll

Skills/experience

* Recruitment background

* Candidate focussed

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Planning and organising

* Ability to multi task and prioritise under pressure
