My client are continuing to grow and an exciting opportunity has become available to work as an Regional/ Area Manager to join and work with their two established branches in Bedford, Milton Keynes, your remit will be to work closely with the Branch Managers to grow and develop the branches to their full potential.
To apply, you’ll have experience as a Regional/ Area Manager and have strong agency experience in high street recruitment ie Industrial, Logistics, Commercial etc.
This is a non-billing role whereby you will work closely with the Directors to increase business growth in each of their offices across the Bedfordshire region and be responsible for opening new branches in the near future.
The person they are looking for will thrive from leading by example and will be responsible for driving the region to its full potential. It is important that you possess the skills to motivate, inspire and develop teams.
