Recruitment Manager
Interaction recruitment are proud to be working alongside our well-established prestigious client that are based in Milton Keynes. Due to continued periods of success the business is now looking to expand rapidly investing, recruiting for a Recruitment Manager on a full time, permanent basis
This is a hands-on role for someone who has a real passion for end to end volume recruitment. This is a fast-paced role, needing someone to hit the ground running with experience in leading a Resourcing Team to deliver proven recruitment strategies for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Manager key responsibilities:
Working with the HR Director you must plan and deliver the talent acquisition strategy across our clients two site.
Provide "hands-on" support and mentoring for your resourcing team.
Partner with key stakeholders to determine and plan for future talent needs.
Grow candidate pipelines through traditional and innovative sourcing methods
Develop innovative ways to meet the businesses constantly expanding and evolving recruitment needs.
Work with resourcing team to proactively build candidate pools to ensure you can react to business requirements at short notice.
Set team performance goals and metrics
Periodically lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
Recruitment Manager key attributes:
Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage stakeholder expectations through a deep understanding of ROI.
Has a clear view of how internal talent supply and demand is aggregated, supplemented by market and competitor intelligence and used to enable workforce planning delivery.
Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring Managers and the Resourcing team.
Has genuine curiosity for trends within the Talent Acquisition landscape and attends external industry events in order to constantly build your network and knowledge.
Strong management experience and a successful track record of building, inspiring and managing a recruiting team, effective at coaching and comfortable sharing feedback
Strong business acumen
Proven ability to influence and build trusted advisory relationships at all levels of the company
Ability to lead in an ever changing fast paced and multi-site environment
A sound knowledge of different workforce planning, recruitment practice and operating models
Experience of working with an ATS system
Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written
Proactive by nature and highly organised with a strong attention to detail
Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and be process-driven
