An established Healthcare Recruitment Agency are searching for a confident leader with a proven track record in the within the Healthcare sector to join their team. For this role you must have experience of working with one of the NHS frameworks ideally HTE as well as the private care sector.
The Recruitment Manager Role:
* You will be a Billing manager that has the experience, knowledge and a proven track record to show your team how its done!
* You will Report to the Board of Directors you will be tasked to deliver on a business plan to build a successful Healthcare team and Division.
* A key part of the role is to build strategic relationships with Senior Decision Makers within the Healthcare Market across the UK
* Develop and deliver a marketing strategy to attract Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
* Recruit, lead and develop the team to deliver to set targets.
* Lead by example and show the team how to gain competitive advantage.
* Conduct weekly and monthly team meetings and encourage all team members to achieve targets and objectives.
* Coach and train team members on an ongoing basis.
* Attend conferences and networking events.
* Identify new opportunities to achieve overall growth strategies.
* You should be passionate about the Healthcare sector and enjoy delivering the best service to clients.
* You should be a motivated and a natural leader that inspires others.
Salary Package and Benefits:
